Nikki Tobias, Ph.D.
I have been coaching people for over 19 years in my work in retail management, loss prevention, crisis management, and supervision. I have completed training through the Life Purpose Institute and am now a Certified Life and Career Coach.
Student Affairs Experience
My work in student affairs began in 1999 when I was selected to serve as the student representative to the Council of Trustees at Mansfield University. I've since received a Master of Science and my Doctor of Philosophy degrees in College Student Affairs Administration.
I've worked primarily in residence life but also have experience working with student activities, career counseling, crisis management, concert and event management, living and learning communities, and more. Staff coaching and development as well as crisis management are some of my favorite activities.
2002 - present
I've always been a teaching, both formally and informally, both inside and outside of traditional classroom settings. Even as a speaker, my audience learns through the presentations.
I'm described by audience members as knowledgeable, fun, articulate, thought provoking, exuberant, enthusiastic, inspiring, motivating, dynamic, engaging, captivating, and entertaining.
I work closely with leaders of businesses, staffs, church groups, networking groups, organizations, and more to determine their needs and goals and then I create a presentation to achieve those outcomes in fun, applicable, and memorable ways.
"My mission is to coach, teach, train, and motivate people to live their best lives at home and at work by providing honest feedback, knowledge, and support as a powerful partner throughout their life journey."

Behind every successful life there is reason and cause for what we do. Providing a "theme" for our purposes gives validity and focus.
